With existing technologies, achieving high energy performance in buildings is both feasible and cost-effective. We offer Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) solutions, where we finance all or part of the capital project required to deliver the project. We share the resulting savings with the client to finance the project over a fixed term.
